At Latest Chikan Garments Udyog, we aim to provide high-quality Chikankari and ethnic wear garments. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order with clear photo or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of Chikankari garments, minor variations in embroidery, color tone, or fabric texture are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details, reason for return, and proof of issue. Once approved, instructions for return shipping will be shared.

Refund Policy

After the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or as mutually agreed for wholesale orders.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered based on product availability. Customers can request a size or design exchange if eligible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
