1. Cancellation / Order Changes

• You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped or entered processing.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellations or edits are not possible.

2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Return / exchange requests must be made within 7 days (or a shorter window, e.g. 3 days) from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and must retain original tags, packaging, and labels.
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable / non-exchangeable.
• Sale / discounted items may also be excluded.

3. Defective / Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately (within 48–72 hours) of receipt with clear photos or a video of the defect.
• We may offer to arrange a reverse pickup (at no extra cost) for such items.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund or replacement (depending on stock).

4. Return / Exchange Process

1. Contact us via email or through our returns portal with your order number, reason for return, and images (if applicable).
2. Upon approval, ship the item (in original condition) to our designated address.
3. Provide tracking details.
4. After inspection, we process the exchange or refund.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed via the original payment method or as store credit or wallet credit, depending on your policy.
• Refunds may take 5–15 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
• Shipping / return shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective item. Otherwise, customers may bear return shipping costs.

6. Additional Terms & Exceptions

• Each item is eligible for one return or exchange only.
• Minor variations in thread, color, motif, or hand-embroidery are inherent in handcrafted garments and not considered defects.
• Items returned without prior approval, or shipped to an incorrect address, may not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to update or modify this policy; the version on our website is always the effective one.
